I was a travel nurse for almost 3 years. Had awful experiences with other companies. Melanie was heaven sent. She made me feel sooo comfortable exploring new places where I had never been before. She got me the best hospitals and I actually continued to extend until I couldn’t anymore. I felt safe and even when my contract was over she would make sure I always had a job. She held my hand and walked me through everything. If you are as fortunate as I was you will give AYA a chance but also get yourself an amazing recruiter like Melanie, I cannot say how happy I was to take the step and sign up with them. Aya healthcare as been my first and only travel agency I have ever worked with. I have been with Aya on and off since 2020. What can I say when you find something good you just have to stick with what works. For me it's been positive all the way from the account payroll to on boarding specialist and to my main recruiter Ali Zane Pelbeth. She has been my go to person from I started and let me tell you she is caring, she all ways always text me every Friday to let me know to have a good weekend and that she's there for me if needed. I can always get her if needed. No robot on the other side and she always returns my call or have someone reach back to me. She does her best in getting me top paying contacts.
